What is the HR Marathon?
At HRG, we are committed to delivering human resource management strategies and solutions specific to your organization’s needs.
And now we’ve taken this commitment to the next level — with the launch of HR Marathon. The HR Marathon is a comprehensive and user-friendly HR assessment tool that will allow you to conduct a thorough online audit of strategic and tactical Human Resource functions and processes. In real time. It contains over 400 questions — tailored to your company — that can be answered in your own time and at your own pace. The questions are divided into 12 sections or categories — covering the full spectrum of areas that fall under the Human Resources umbrella.
The HR Marathon takes your company’s business information into account by asking the right questions, based on the answers that are inputted by the company. For example, some of the questions are conditional on the size of the company, while some are based upon how the company answers other questions in the survey. No stone is left unturned! Upon completion, you will receive the data (based on the score results) that will be indispensable for tracking your HR department over time. And the tool will provide you with clear recommendations to improve your workplace.
Real-Time Dashboard and Quantifiable Results
This HR assessment tool includes a real-time, easy-to-read dashboard with graphs and charts to track all score results, along with a (coming soon!) comparative analysis of how your company scored versus other companies of similar industry, size and geography.
Recommendations for Improvement
The HR Marathon provides recommendations, sorted by category, on how to improve your organization’s HR function. Once you’ve fulfilled the recommendations, you can then go back and easily update your answers — tracking how your score improves over time.

User-Specific Questions
The HR Marathon system can also assign roles to users who, in turn, can answer questions that are specific to their job function (e.g. assign recruiting questions to the recruiter or compensation questions to the compensation specialists).
